The Easy Eaves™ eaves lining solution comprises a specially designed pre-coated aluminium panel that can be cut to size, locks together and is easily installed by a builder. Panel lengths are a standard length of 1850mm and 3700mm for the eave panel. A specially designed 3600mm ‘J trim’ holds the eaves in place which means they won’t shrink, sag, fall out or need sealing. Available in a plain or vented style panel to promote correct roof ventilation, it also features a unique V-design for extra strength and rigidity.
Easy Eaves™ are made from aluminium that is 100% recyclable and can be recycled back into similar products with no loss of quality. Recognised as one of the most sustainable materials for use in the building industry, around 96% of aluminium used in construction projects around the world is recycled. The product has minimal impact on the environment and a long-life expectancy – you won’t be replacing our quality eaves any time soon! While Easy Eaves™ can accommodate custom colour orders to suit any request in the Colorbond range, there are four standard colours available which suit most new builds in Australia.
With full manufacturing facilities and stringent quality control, Easy Eaves has the capacity to supply bulk orders to all major builders and developers on a timely manner and to the required specifications. Our product will be supplied direct to the build site by our preferred transport company. Delivery is free when you purchase our eave solution. Boxes will be stored in a dry safe place on site until installation.
Our product has been designed with installation in mind, our eave panel fits into the existing steel facia groove and the specially designed J Trims work with the existing method of installation.
If your existing design has fibro for the eaves easy eaves eave linings will fit easily.
We have also developed the tools to make the installation easier, from a hand shear to cut the sheets to length straight and fast every time to fast and easy fixing methods, we have thought of what makes the install easier.

Easy Eaves™ has been rigorously researched, designed and tested over several years, and engineered specifically for the Australian market to fit within Australian building standards. The product is trademarked, and design and property protected, and comes with a 20-year pro-rata warranty which protects against product workmanship and manufacturing defects causing blistering, peeling, flaking, fading and chalking.

Average installation takes between one and two days. Whilst the eaves are being installed, work onsite can continue so it prevents avoidable delays. Once installed you can sit back and not think about eave maintenance such as painting as the colour is baked in, which means the finish won’t flake, peel, warp, or rot – unlike painted wood. Once installed, aluminium soffits and fascia can protect your home from water damage for 15 to 20 years.
Our product is low maintenance and extremely functional. It is environmentally safe and the aluminium is a sustainable product also. They cost is the same as having fibro eaves installed in your property, however There is no ongoing cost for painted and maintenance of your eaves.
